Ultra Broadband, High Gain 0.3W Driver Amplifier
Bonray introduces the BR9324FPJ, a new 0.3W MMIC driver amplifier. It covers a frequency range of 0.5 GHz to 3 GHz, meeting application needs from P‑ to S‑band. This reduces the number of components required for band switching in system links and enables simpler, more compact hardware designs.
At a typical operating frequency of 2 GHz, the amplifier delivers a P1dB compression point of 27 dBm and an OIP3 of 35.7 dBm, with reverse isolation as high as 47 dB. This performance indicates outstanding signal fidelity and anti‑interference capability in complex electromagnetic environments, effectively enhancing the dynamic range and reliability of the entire communication system.
Operating from a single +5 V supply with a quiescent current of 130 mA, it maintains excellent power efficiency while delivering strong RF performance. Thanks to its superior performance and high integration, it is widely suitable for applications demanding high broadband linearity, such as BeiDou navigation, unmanned systems, telemetry, and data links.
