High-Power Limiter Series

Recently, Bonray introduced a new series of limiter products, covering a frequency range from DC to 40GHz and a power handling capacity from 5W to 200W, with a typical limiting threshold of 12dBm to 13dBm. The series features high power handling capacity and a low limiting threshold. These products can serve as critical protection components in receiver chains, effectively suppressing various types of sudden strong interference in complex electromagnetic environments, including antenna sidelobe reception interference, multiple adjacent radiating source interference, and coupling leakage from transmit channels.

Additionally, their extremely low limiting threshold enhances flexibility in selecting low-noise amplifiers during system design, providing reliable protection for the receiving front-end.
