C / X-Band Driver Amplifiers
Bonray has launched a series of driver amplifiers operating across a frequency range of 2.7GHz to 13.5GHz. These products, fabricated using GaAs MMIC technology and featuring industry-standard packages and housings, incorporate integrated on-chip choke inductors and DC-blocking capacitors. They only require an external decoupling capacitor.This product series boasts several core advantages.

A high-gain, high-output-power MMIC driver amplifier operates across the 2.5 GHz to 4.2 GHz frequency range.
- Powered by a +8V drain supply with a quiescent current of 740 mA, it is suitable for transmitter systems in communications, data link, and other applications.
BR9217FAJ
A high-linearity, high-output-power MMIC driver amplifier operates across the 3.5 GHz to 6.0 GHz frequency range.
- Powered by a +8V drain supply with a quiescent current of 700 mA, it is suitable for point-to-point communications, data link, and other applications.
BR9219PUG
A high-gain, high-output-power driver amplifier, with a compact size and high reliability, operates across the 7 GHz to 13.5 GHz frequency range.
- Output power > 2W, suitable for radar systems.
