In response to these demands, Bonray introduces three GaAs MMIC driver amplifiers covering the S/C/X frequency bands with output powers from 1 W to 3 W. These devices feature high gain, high output power, and compact size. The products integrate internal choke inductors and DC-blocking capacitors, requiring only external decoupling capacitors for operation, which effectively reduces peripheral circuit complexity and facilitates system miniaturization.
