L- and S-Band Internally Matched Power Amplifier Product Series
Recently, Bonray launched a new series of L- and S-band internally matched power amplifiers.
Among them, the two L-band products cover frequency ranges of 1.15 GHz to 1.35 GHz and 1.4 GHz to 1.7 GHz, respectively, delivering an output power of >100 W, a PAE exceeding 60%, and a typical power gain of >15 dB. The input and output ports of these devices are internally matched to 50 Ω, facilitating cascaded design applications.
The S-band product operates over a frequency range of 2 GHz to 2.6 GHz, providing an output power of >30 W, a power gain of >26 dB, and a PAE greater than 58%. Its input and output ports are internally matched to 50 Ω, and an integrated bias network is included for ease of system integration.
All products in this series feature hermetically sealed metal packages, offering compact size, high efficiency, high reliability, and excellent environmental adaptability. They are widely suitable for applications such as radar phased arrays, telemetry, and Tiantong (satellite communication) systems.
