Ultra Broadband, High Linearity 1W Driver Amplifier
To meet the stringent demands of modern wireless communications for broad bandwidth and high linearity, Bonray introduces the BR9547FPJ, a new 1W driver amplifier. It covers an ultra-broad frequency band from 1 MHz to 2 GHz. With a +12V supply, its quiescent current is 270 mA. At a typical frequency of 500 MHz, the 1dB compression point reaches 31.6 dBm and the OIP3 achieves 49.5 dBm, combining high dynamic range with excellent linearity performance.
With its superior performance and high level of integration, it can be widely applied in scenarios demanding high broadband linearity, such as HF/VHF radios, UAVs, data links, and intelligent transportation systems.
