High Linearity, High IP1dB Anti-Blocking Amplifiers
Recently, Bonray has completed the iterative upgrade of two anti-blocking amplifiers, launching the new BR81221AFF and BR81231AFF. The two devices operate over a frequency range of 20MHz to 700MHz, adopt an SMO-8C package, and are pin-to-pin compatible with the original models, facilitating rapid customer integration.
Building upon the core advantages of high linearity and low noise, the new products focus on upgrading current consistency and ESD protection capabilities, providing more stable support for mass production applications. They support a wide voltage supply range of 5V to 9V, allowing flexible adjustment of power consumption and performance parameters to meet diverse customized specifications.
These products are widely applicable to receiver front-end scenarios such as radios and anti-jamming communication equipment, providing solid support for critical RF links.
