High Gain, High PAE MMIC Power Amplifiers
Recently, Bonray launched seven GaN MMIC power amplifiers covering X‑band and Ku‑band, with output power ranging from 3 W to 15 W in gradient distribution. The maximum power gain reaches 31 dB, and the maximum PAE reaches 51 %. This product series is widely applicable in transmitter systems such as radar and satellite communications, providing easy‑to‑use, high gain, and high PAE chip solutions for different output power requirements in X‑ and Ku‑bands.
