2 W DPDT RF Switch
Bonray introduces a new DPDT RF switch, the BR9578FDJ, covering a frequency range of 1 GHz to 8 GHz. At 3 GHz, it features a typical insertion loss of 1.9 dB, port isolation of 42 dB, and a IP1dB of 33 dBm. The device operates from a single -5 V supply, with a logic control interface compatible with 0 V/-5 V levels.
Utilizing a monolithic MMIC design, this product fundamentally resolves the issues of amplitude deviation and phase inconsistency between two signal paths that are common in conventional solutions built with two independent SPDT switches. This ensures synchronization and performance consistency for dual-channel switching. Furthermore, its nanosecond switching speed meets the high-speed and high-reliability switching requirements of TDD system timing and automated testing. Therefore, it is widely applicable in scenarios such as switch filter banks, multi-channel test equipment, and phased array systems.
