Shutdown-Integrated LNA Series

Bonray has launched four new low-noise amplifier (LNA) models equipped with an integrated shutdown function. Operating across a frequency range of 0.03 to 6 GHz, these amplifiers offer selectable gain levels between 15 and 25 dB, and are distinguished by low noise figure, high linearity, and rapid response. The series incorporates shutdown features with a response time under 20 ns and supports an input power rating of up to 27 dBm.These devices deliver excellent performance in suppressing sudden high-level interference, multi-channel crosstalk, and complex transient electromagnetic interference, making them suitable for a broad range of applications in radio stations, satellite communication systems, and radar systems.

Furthermore, electrically grounding the Vlp pin significantly reduces power consumption, effectively supporting low-power designs.
