The BR9372FDJ is a wideband MMIC low noise amplifier designed using GaAs process in a small surface-mount QFN16 package. At 2GHz, the amplifier typically provides 30.5dB gain, 0.8dB noise figure, 19.2dBm Output P1dB and 30.6dBm OIP3. The amplifier is powered by a single supply voltage of +5V or +3.3V.
