BR9118TC is a high-performance MMIC low noise amplifier using GaAs process design, which can cover a frequency range of 30MHz ~ 4GHz. It has been internally matched to 50 ohms, and only requires an external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitors. The on-chip active bias network ensures that the quiescent current is not affected by temperature. With single power supply voltage of +3V to +5V, the product has the characteristics of high stability, high linearity, low noise factor, high output P1dB and output IP3, which can be applied in high dynamic range system.
